Inductions & training

All Metro candidates are inducted into basic OHS concepts and standards when they register at our offices.

They are required to watch a safety video, are issued with a safety handbook and are then tested on their knowledge of the content.

Ongoing support

Regular site visits are conducted to ensure safe work practices are adhered to and PPE is worn at all times (where required).

Site safety audits are conducted quarterly targeting appropriate housekeeping practices.

Metro candidates are instructed that Personal Protective Equipment must be worn at all times while on site.
